Currently for sale on dvd  the mega hollywood movie "The Night at the 
Museum" includes MIRAYDA's performance as one of the peruvian ladies 
who greets Ben Stiller character towards the end of the story . 
Mirayda auditioned for the part and suggested to use her native "Quechua" 
language for her line "AAllunllashu senorsh"

Still you can watch the popular comedic show "Mind of Mencia" episode #303
on Comedy Central, where MIRAYDA plays a very funny and smart cleaning 
lady on the parody  "Are you smarter than a Wetback?"

MIRAYDA is currently working with Octavio Figueroa's orchestra 
La Combinacion, a top Peruvian salsa band in Los Angeles. Her repertory
includes Celia Cruz's classic themes and salsa and merengue contemporary hits. 
MIRAYDA has began production of her second album cd "Amor con sabor a Ajo"

MIRAYDA wrote, performed and produced with Torrance Cable TV the 
"Latin Lover" music video, wich won a 2007 Stanley Music Video Award.
